以中...我非常喜歡用不鏽鋼鍋油煎食物,其實我家唯一的不沾鍋是阿莫先生在用,一年一次吧。<br />listen,<br />以中火把不鏽鋼鍋燒熱(但不冒煙,手心靠近鍋面感覺有熱氣襲來即可),鍋子離火,等個1分鐘後,鍋子移回爐上轉中火,倒油,把油燒熱後放入食材,煎煎煎,搖晃鍋子,食材可稍微移動時即可翻面(其間若怕燒焦生煙,以中火和小火輪替烹煮)。松露玫瑰https://www.blogger.com/profile/16562848559441730295noreply@blogger.com
